Reconnecting Facebook and Instagram

Your Facebook and Instagram accounts can become disconnected for a number of reasons. When this happens, you'll need to reconnect to remain eligible for brand collaborations on the #paid platform. 

To reconnect your Facebook Page and Instagram Account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click "Connect Now" on the red banner to head to your Social Accounts settings, where you'll be prompted to connect your Facebook and Instagram:

 

Please note, you will not be able to opt-in to any campaigns until you reconnect Facebook in your Social Accounts settings. Here is a preview of what you will see in the opt-in if you need to reconnect Facebook & Instagram:

Step 2: Click "Connect with Facebook & Instagram" to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Account in the Social Accounts settings page:

If you are not already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in to Facebook to continue:

 

Select your Facebook Page from the dropdown and your linked Instagram account will populate as well! Input your content rates and click Save Instagram and Facebook! 🎉

Your Instagram account must be Professional and linked with your published Facebook Page to successfully connect. We need access to your Facebook Page to share your page name with brands during creator licensing. We also need to access to your Instagram Account to share your post and profile details with brands you have agreed to work with.

Once you've connected, set your rates as a final step and click Save Instagram and Facebook.
