Disconnecting from #paid
If you need to disconnect your social account from #paid you can now do so in two places:
- When onboarding, you can disconnect in the onboarding flow on the Rates page
- In Settings, you can disconnect from the Social Accounts + Rates page
You may want to disconnect your social account if you’ve connected the incorrect social channel accidentally or have been instructed by a #paid team member to do so.
Disconnecting TikTok
During Onboarding, simply click “Disconnect TikTok” in the modal. When prompted by pop-up if you’d like to continue, select “Yes, disconnect”. The screen will reload and you’ll be able to connect a different account.
In Settings, simply head into Social Accounts and Rates. Under your TikTok handle, click the Disconnect TikTok button. When prompted by pop-up if you’d like to continue, select “Yes, disconnect”. The screen will reload and you’ll be able to connect a different account.
Disconnecting Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
During Onboarding, select “Disconnect Instagram”. When prompted by pop-up if you’d like to continue, select “Yes, disconnect”. The screen will reload and you’ll be able to connect a different account.
In Settings, simply head into Social Accounts and Rates. Select “Disconnect Instagram”. When prompted by pop-up if you’d like to continue, select “Yes, disconnect”. The screen will reload and you’ll be able to connect a different account.
