In this lesson, you will learn:
- What Content statuses are and how they help you manage your campaigns.
- How to take actions (Approve or Request Changes) when deliverables need your review.
- Where to find and track your deliverables inside the Content tab.
What are Content Statuses?
Content statuses give you a clear view of where each piece of content stands in the campaign workflow. Each deliverable now has a status pill and a blurb explaining what it means and whether action is required from you.
- 🔴 Red pill → Action required by you.
- 🟡 Yellow pill → Waiting on the creator.
- 🟢 Green pill → Deliverable is Live (Posted deliverable) or Complete (Just content).
Deliverables are grouped into new tabs on the Content tab:
- Needs Review → Deliverables waiting for your approval or feedback.
- Waiting on Creator → Deliverables the creator is working on, therefore don’t require any action from you.
- Scheduled/Upcoming → Approved deliverables scheduled for posting.
- Live/Completed → Deliverables that are live or complete.
- All → View all deliverables in one place.
How to Review and Approve Deliverables
When a deliverable requires your input, it will appear under the Needs Review tab. You’ll see two options in the Actions dropdown:
- Approve
- Marks the deliverable as ready for posting (Scheduling in progress → Post scheduled → Live).
- For Just Content deliverables (not posted on creator profiles), approving marks them as Complete immediately.
- Request Changes
- Sends the deliverable back to the creator to make updates.
- You’ll still need to leave comments describing what needs to change as you have always done.
This dropdown action is what updates the deliverable’s status — something that previously wasn’t possible by leaving comments alone.
Where to Find Your Deliverables
All your deliverables live under the Content tab in the Brand App.
- Use the tab filters to quickly see what needs your review, what’s with creators, what’s scheduled, and what’s done.
