How to Subscribe to #paid Email Notifications

Stay up to date with your campaign by subscribing to email notifications as a Guest or Team Member.

🔔 Team members receive the following notifications...

• When the creator accepts a collaboration (self-serve only)

• When users send a message and/or comment

• When content is ready for approval

• When content is licensed (self-serve only)

📬 Guests receive the following notifications...

• When users send a comment

• When content is ready for approval

To subscribe to a campaign, log into your #paid account and click on any campaign. On the Handraise page click the "eye" icon and it will turn green. This lets you know you've been subscribed.

Click the "eye" icon again when you no longer want to receive notifications.

 

Team members are subscribed to notifications by default whenever they create a new campaign. Other team members can subscribe to notifications individually.

Guests are also subscribed to notifications by default when invited to a new campaign.
