Sharing your campaign’s handraise
The share handraise feature lets you share handraise options with colleagues who don't have a #paid account. When shared, you'll receive a public URL that provides access to only the handraise view. Information available through this URL is limited—users cannot add or remove deliverables or view budget information, as these features require a #paid account.

Publishing the Handriase
- From your #paid dashboard, select the campaign whose handraise you want to share
- On the bottom left, you'll see a
Share handraise 🔒
button. By default, the handraise is private (not shared). - Click
Share handraise 🔒
. - Confirm you want to generate a public link by clicking
Publish handraise
. A unique URL will then be generated, allowing anyone to access the handraise, even without a #paid account.
Unpublishing the Handriase
You can revoke public access to the handraise at any time.
- From your #paid dashboard, select the campaign whose handraise you want to share
- On the bottom left, you'll see a
Share handraise 👥
button. The icon indicates that the handraise is currently published. - Click
Share handraise 👥
. - Confirm you want to unpublish the handraise by clicking
Unpublish handraise
. Once confirmed, the URL will become inaccessible.
Notes:
- If you choose to republish the handraise, the same URL will become active again—no need to share a new URL.
