There are various reasons as to why collaborations must close mid-campaign and these reasons come on a case-by-case basis. However, due to the nature of such unforeseen reasons, we’ve implemented a structure that will ensure that you are partially paid out depending on what you had contributed prior to the closure of the campaign.
-
For all campaigns: If the campaign is now closed, and you had not yet submitted content then the collaboration will be closed out to a 0% payout due to no initial contribution within your collaboration.
-
For all campaigns: If the campaign is now closed, and you had additional content that has not yet been submitted, there is no obligation to create the rest of the content.
-
For organic posting only: If the campaign is now closed, and your content had been submitted and approved by the brand but not posted organically, you will be paid out 25%-100% with no obligation to post (dependant on the situation, #paid will assess and determine final payout term on all occasions with subject to change).
-
For just content only: If the campaign is now closed, and your content had been submitted but not approved by the brand, you will be paid out 25%-100% (dependant on the situation, #paid will assess and determine the final payout term on all occasions with subject to change).
If applicable, Creator Licensing will not continue/apply to your content when the campaign is closed & depending on your situation, which is another reason for deduction of payout.
Please note that while we always enforce the completion of the collaboration before closing the campaign, on occasion there will be unforeseen circumstances where the brand may need to close their collaborations mid-campaign.
