How do I sign up my roster?

When signing up as a talent manager, you can create accounts for the creators you represent on #paid. This process ensures you can manage collaborations on behalf of your talent.

Who can become a creator on #paid?

To join #paid as a creator, you'll need a public profile on Instagram or TikTok. We typically look for creators with an engagement rate above 1.5% and an audience of 10,000+. There's no cost to join.

Getting started

1. To create an account for your talent, visit https://app.hashtagpaid.app/agency-creator/sign-up

   

2. Enter your creator’s name, email and set your password. You may want to use a sub-email address (e.g. [e-mail]) to ensure the email is unique to #paid but you (the talent agent) will receive platform notifications

3. Check your inbox and verify the email you used to create your account
4. Once your email is verified, complete the onboarding steps and add more details about your talent to build their profile (gender, location, birthdate). As the talent agent, you can use your own phone number to receive notifications.

5. Select your creator’s content categories (max of 4)

   

6. Connect your creator's social accounts. If you don’t have access to their social channels, have the creator log in to #paid using your credentials to complete this step.

   
   

   • For TikTok: Click "Connect with TikTok" and authorize access

   • For Instagram: Click "Connect with Facebook & Instagram", select your Facebook page and linked Instagram account then click “Set my Rates”.

   • Tip: opt-in to all current and future opportunities to avoid making your connection null
   • Disconnecting your social accounts: If you linked the wrong social account, you can click the 'Disconnect' button to remove the current connection and reconnect with the correct one.

7. Set your creator’s rates for brand collaboration. This should be a baseline rate.

   

8. Click 'Go to My Dashboard' to complete your talent’s profile and begin browsing opportunities and managing work on their behalf! ✨
