If the brand you're collaborating with isn't responding...
- If you haven't already, we recommend following up with the brand in the #paid collab chat you have with them.
- If you've already followed up with the brand and haven't heard back within 24-48 hours you can:
- Reach out to the #paid team via the chat bot on the platform
- E-mail us at help@hashtagpaid.com
- We ask that you please let us know the brand and campaign you are on to help you.
If you haven't submitted content yet
- Do not create any content until you've heard back from the brand.
If you have submitted content
- Do not post any content until you've heard back from the brand.
- Posting un-approved content may result in consequences.
Possible reasons as to why the brand isn't responding...
- The brand representative you're corresponding with could be from an agency, hence more time is needed to get responses. This is because they would need to align with different parties to get a final say on feedback/content approvals/etc.
- The brand may need to run your ideas/concept/content by a wider team.
- The brand may be undergoing some internal changes (i.e. the representative you're corresponding with may no longer be working there, etc.) and our team is working on getting in touch with them.
- The brand may be undergoing supply chain issues.
- The brand may be in the process of cancelling/pausing their #paid subscription. If this is the case, the #paid team will be in touch with you on next steps when this is confirmed by the brand's #paid account manager.
What will happen to my campaign if the brand isn't responding?
- The #paid team will be in touch with you about next steps. Either the campaign will be closed or the brand will get back to you.
