If you haven't received payment...
- Confirm if your payout is queued up in your #paid Account Settings under Your Earnings.
- If your payout amount for a campaign is not there, confirm if your payment was triggered properly by the brand/partner you were collaborating with.
It's the 15th/30th today! Why haven't I received payment?
Double check your payout date in your #paid Account Settings under Your Earnings. Payment can take 2-3 days to appear in your bank account. If you still haven't received payment by the end of the week, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll dig into it.
It's been more than a week after the date in Your Earnings section and I haven't received payment!

- The payout amount.
- Which campaign you're expecting payment for.
